How far in advance should I place my order?

To ensure peak freshness and availability, we recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance. For custom cakes or large events, a 7-day notice is preferred.

Do you offer local delivery or store pickup?

We offer both! You can select 'Store Pickup' at checkout for free, or choose 'Local Delivery' within a 15-mile radius for a flat fee. All deliveries are handled in temperature-controlled vehicles.

How should I store my Riso cakes and desserts?

Most of our cakes should be kept refrigerated until 30 minutes before serving. Cookies and dry pastries can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.

Do you have options for specific dietary restrictions?

Yes, we offer a selection of gluten-free and vegan desserts. Please check the 'Dietary' section of our menu. Note that while we take precautions, our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, and wheat.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order quality or damage during transit, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

Can I customize the design or flavors of a cake?

Absolutely! We love creating bespoke desserts. Please use our 'Custom Order' form on the website to specify your preferred flavors, colors, and any personalized messages.
